You may find it useful to pre tape the window frame before pointing and or cement filling cracks. On removal you will have a clean edge to apply silicone sealant

Ive just bought a property in a small village around the pavlikeni area. Its ready to live in but there is a ln extension that needs completing and a few cracks here and there that needs fixing. Im sooo nervous about it all for some reason 😅 i wont be living there as i have responsibilities back home so just struggling to figure out how i will be managing it. Not asking for anything here besides a few words of encouragement 🥰

Hi Guys, love the channel. Math question, if a couple moved to Bulgaria, bought one of those cheap village houses and kept expenses as minimal as possible (minimalist lifestyle), how much do you think it would cost to retire?

It all depends on your "minimalist" lifestyle choices, we had a period of almost 18 months where we had around approximately 300 lev a month to live on including bills. This wasnt ideal and was a struggle. (We go into detail with the living on 150 euros a month video on our channel)
Nowadays a village house where it doesn't require major works to have it comfortable will set you back maybe 10-15k pounds. If you want to renovate from the ground up you'll find one for 4-8k pounds.
From our experience, approximately £500 a month will be sufficient enough to live comfortably without a worry. Hope this helps

It's not being nosey haha, this is our friends house that they bought and we are volunteering our help 🙂
