A very rude "opener", too much of that in society, we need more kindness. How about...🤔 "Come watch me paint particle board that was made to look vintage." 😉
Yes but people are always whining, saying it looked better before and that's so annoying. I also refurbish furniture but the reason I don't post it on Social Media is because people are mean. @@MyName-zd9pe
This is not high quality wood,. It's veneer over particle board. You "death before paint" people need to give it a rest. That piece didn't look that good when it was brand new.
Your lightly delivered invitation "Come with me to piss people off by painting this furniture flip" had me immediately stop scrolling and mentally skipping alongside you! 😂 Beautiful flip! Since vintage just refers to age, it hardly makes something sacrosanct. Not every piece is a high quality work of art to be restored and preserved! As other commenters have noted, MDF is usually a clue. 🙃 Congratulations on returning this ungracefully aging piece to desirability so it continue to function as intended! I'm about to do something similar to a simple small desk that's actually solid wood. A young previous owner had scratched/carved their name in the side; hours of painstaking restoration will not yield completely satisfactory results or return enough value to the piece to make it worthwhile. I used to be a purist but a mindful approach reveals that doesn't always make sense. 🤷♀️
Went from spending $50...to spending $200. Is that a Back-Flip??? Furniture flipping is primarily something housewives do to act like they contribute. It's called a hobby, lady.
The only reason I can forgive you for painting that dresser is because you use the right paint & hardware to refurbish it. Nicely done 👏🏽
Hahah thank you! 😅
Who thinks that particle board furniture is too "vintage" to paint? Do whatever you can to improve it. The final look is pretty.
Paint!! All the way. So many choices.
At her age, it's vintage, LOL😂....Love it ❤

Tbh I usually don't love painted furniture but this looks GORGEOUS 👌
I think this piece was an ideal candidate for painting. Nice job, love the color & the new hardware.
I’m seeing people say to list it from $200-$300. I’ll be listing it for $500 personally. It looks so amazing
Fantastic makeover! It is beautiful. Tfs.

This looks beautiful, but I’d love to have seen even more of that wood on show. But it’s still ABSOLUTLY gorgeous! Great work. 👏🏻👏🏻❤️

Simple green's great
It’s so good!
Beautiful job. It’s gorgeous.
I know I'm in the minority but I love painted furniture!
So beautiful! Love it.
Very very nice!
Just gorgeous 😍
Beautiful! There is plenty of furniture, so everyone can do whatever they want to finish their finds. 😊
Stupidest comment ever.
Thank you! 😊
Very nice!
You did great, this is beautiful!
Thank you so much!
Beautiful!!!
Beautiful!! What did you list it for?
Woah you’re super underrated. I love this! ❤
Thank you!
It looks amazing but I think you should have left the same numbers of pulls on the drawers only for functionality. 😊
But it does look beautiful ❤
Great job!
Wow looks great ❤
nice work
What happened to the BEAUTIFUL original hardWARE??????
A good look for paint,normally don’t like,but since it’s particle board….
Particle board? Paint it. It wouldnt have stained right due to the lack of wood grain either
it looks amazing
Thank you 🥰
Very nice.
Thank you :)
And how much did you list /sell it for?
The damaged part isn’t even in the part you painted lol! Was the paint just a design choice then?
Lmao I guess I revealed the only badly broken spot and painted the rest 😂
Was that a chip wood corner? 😂
Gorgeous! $300
Who cares if you paint it, because now it's so much better.
Liked the before
Beautiful. What type of filler did you use for the cracks are the drawer edges?
Thank you! I started with bondo glazing putty but then I ended up using regular wood filler 😅
Everything was going great until the hardware. It's giving Amazon furniture
Cater to the masses 🤯
Original finish best
$200-$300?!? That’s a price for 1 nightstand. I say $500.
It looks great. I just can't stand anything green
I’ll take painted furniture any day vs it going to a landfill. Not all wood furniture is well made or valuable.
I’m not a fan of the wood top but I do like the color.
400$ but take 350$
$2K
Why would anyone care? It’s only made of chip board.

Your confidence is inspiring
Finished looks like garbage.
