Hi Kevin. Wanting a "Clean Space" is not always indicative of ADHD. I am always tidying up my space too. Before bed I always tidy up the apartment. Make sure the dishes are washed and put away, and the sink and stove are clean. I can't go to bed with a messy space. I went as far as repainting all the high traffic areas of my home, and also have already put decorations away till next Christmas. Happy New Year from Montreal, Canada.

Happiest New Year sent your way from the States California/Arizona - cleaning, cooking, gas has to be full tank in all my cars, having money even if it’s just 5.00 in your pocket when the New Year rolls in and putting salt around my outside door mats to ward off evil spirits are things that I was taught as a child and I have since passed those customs down to my children! I clean EVERY DAY my neighbors probably think I’m crazy because I’m sure they hear my vacuum going off at MINIMUM 3 times a day when they walk pass my home - it’s my OCD - I ALWAYS want a clean house lol! 2024 was a hard year but let’s all Give our worries and concerns to GOD and he will bring us all an amazing 2025! Thats fine, I haven't disinfected anything yet :) as much as I want to turn on the heater it dries the air up so after taking out the trash I took the jacket off and turned on the air conditioner lol
I have had ADD all my life and IF you can complete a task without your head telling you to do another then another then another and hardly finishing the first task you started then no I wouldn’t say you have it
Actually my head tells me that but I always try to fight it lol like in the midst of editing I would think of watering the plants or wiping the windows lol
@ I will be folding laundry and the dishes in the sink will call me half way through so I stop laundry and put the dishes in the dishwasher but halfway through that I remember that I wanted to vacuum the living room so I go set that all up and get started then I notice the laundry that wasn’t folded…it’s a struggle to get something completed and sometimes I don’t but I’m old enough now to be gentle on myself because I can’t help the way my brain works! Anyway I hope you have a fantastic New Year’s Eve and Day, may 2025 be fruitful for you in all the ways you need

You can clean a mirror and windows with hot water and a cloth. Much more eco-friendly and it's pretty efficient.
