Yes gents! 👏 Fine running! 👌 Loved this vid, it had it all. Scenery and top banter! 👍 Glad that Grant made it across that river and also to the top.of Conic! Can't wait to tackle it myself in the future! 😎🤘

Thanks mate!! It really was an epic day out. Having Grant along is great. I get to watch him constantly push his boundaries and moan about it 🤣. I really can't believe I've never been there. I'll certainly be doing more around conic. I can't wait till you come to Scotland mate, count me in for some support along the way 🙌🙌. Thanks for watching mate and supporting the channel. 💪🏃‍♂️

Ah thanks do much Liz! Aye it really was very boulder like. Thankfully for those vibram soles on the Hokas. Absorbing all that impact. It was a great adventure and a great laugh having Grant there. He definitely keeps me going that's for sure. Thanks again for the support and watching the vlogs 🙏✔️🙌

Great video Stephen, wonderful views from the top of Conic Hill, you are correct at saying you must be careful not to have a twisted ankle especially running down that hill

Thanks Alan , it really was a great day out. Yeah totally. I've seen some vlogs from the latest whw, and some folk slipped. It's easily done. Thanks again for the support 👍 🙏

Way markers the fence posts are called, most recognised routes have them every so many miles or at junctions etc 👍. Well done

When you get to forest car park carry straight on to stay on the way. But the wee loop you did looks interesting so will give it a wee look next year.

Top man thanks for this 👍. Yeah it took you what I would say was "up the back of conic hill" it really was interesting 😀. I'll have loads more exploring to do in that area that's for sure. Thanks for checking out the vlog mate. Much appreciated 🙏 ☺️

@@runningwithstephen dumgoyne! I’d recognise the shape if it was moved anywhere in the world! Sadly my last relative living in Blanefield died last year so no frequent trips anymore. But I’ll be back to complete the second half of WHW with mum in May. One day we’ll get a run together!

@sammywammywoodleblack7771 oh sorry to hear that. Yes definitely 🔥. I'm going to do drumgoyne soon, hopefully, so I'll be sure to vlog it. I done it with the kids. But was a bit iffy at the top with the scramble

You are getting to see it now , sometime , go north of Fort William (possibly in the summer time though) and prepare to Amaze people.

When looking at that trail from my experience of running the race, the trail is worse than that in bits and it’s got loads of hills in it, the trail eats your legs in that race, at inversnaid some 30 odd miles in there’s some of the trail that isn’t fit for running that also eats your legs up, it’s 13500 ft of climbing all in so it’s a tough race
