This is not carnival Monday, so you won't see many costumes. This is T-shirt Mass. I agree not everyone is dancing but this could be at the moment that they passed the camera. Feting is tiring, at times you're just barely jooking down the street after the first 90 mins. At other times, it's a little dance-step because the music is keeping you going.

I am immensely curious to know if this carnival is as calm as it seems with so many women wearing little clothing, loud music and alcoholic beverages. Here in Brazil, this combination usually ends up in the police station, whether due to assaults, harassment of women, fights between couples, or altered moods due to excessive alcohol.
That kinda stuff rarely happens here, idk, it’s the way we’re raised??? I honestly don’t have an answer to this. Like after you dance with somebody, you walk away. It’s all casual. Like i would have the most toe curling dance with a man….no strings or anything. But we know it means nothing. Just fun and go
