In my head, I like to think that Ninjor from MMPR season 2 created the Wind Ninja Academy and, with the prior knowledge of the previous rangers, created the Wind morphers. Ninjor's gear even LOOKS like he based the suits off himself.
personally I think that actually the Wind Ninja Academy was not created by Ninjor, but Ken Watanabe used Ninjor's technology to create the wind power rangers. There is even an episode that the Watanabe sensei clearly says that they "rebuilt the zords" and that "the technology was lost and spread around the world". In addition, Ken implied that the Thunder zords were originally created to match the zords of the wind rangers. Most likely, Lothor found the thunder zord technology first and rebuilt them, but the wind rangers' zords were created or at least their technology was created by Ninjor.

CG Gaming I guess. Personally, I wouldn't mind the comedic tone that Ninja Storm was going for, if the writers at that time were at least trying make it intentionally funny. You know?! Or if the characters, themselves were actually interesting to watch. Kind of like the episode, "The Wild Wipeout", where Tori accidentally entered a parallel universe where the other five rangers were evil and Lothor and his army were good?! In that episode, when we saw the two sides fight in a comedic fashion....*THAT* was intentionally funny, to me at least. But, I'm sorry. It's just that I can't take this show or the comedic tone seriously, if the characters, aside from Cam, Zurgane, and Vexecus, aren't that interesting to watch. I mean, they were decently acted by the cast, but, it's just that it didn't have that certain *spark* that would have me say, "LOL!!! That was actually pretty funny." Or, "wow, that was amazing!!!'" Now, I will say that there are some good episodes in Ninja Storm that are worth watching as standalone episodes, but the rest of the show...it didn't impress me that much. Sorry!
Oh well.....at least there are other Power Rangers seasons that will continue to peak my interest. And I really do hope that Power Rangers Ninja Steel doesn't do so bad adapting Ninninger.

CG Gaming What?! You serious?! I actually though Dino Charge is a pretty good series, so far. Plus, it's a hell of a lot better that Super Megaforce. Remember that abysmal season that tried to act like appreciated and care about the long-existing history of Power Rangers for over 20 years?! Yeah, it's that forgettable!!! Also, we just got some new villains for Dino Supercharge, and if you'd seen Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters, you might actually notice that there are some shades of Enter's character within the characters of Heckyl and Snide.

There's even a bit of censorship with the shurikens.
Tbh i really prefer Hurricanger, imo it's the best ninja Sentai to date, everthing is structured like a stage play which is one of the ways the "shinobi" culture became wide-spread in the first place

+BlazianNinja723 Actually, he is. But, in my opinion...he's not as funny as Heckyl from Dino Super Charge or Lord Zedd and Rita Repulsa, Goldar and Rito Revolto during season three of MMPR or the Machine Empire from Power Rangers Zeo.

I simply like the original Sentai footage solely because of the flavor of the roll call. It may be a bit long but I think it's pretty cool.
I love how the US Version cutting out cool Ninja Techniques and anything Japanese Culture related stuffs

Well I never watched the Sentai, just the regular PR, but that intro was amazing to me seeing them so early
It’ll still be about 8 episodes before they actually enter the plot.
After watching the mystic ranger version, I realize now that the reason the fight scenes were cut in the western version were for each ranger to have their own individual shot of their transformation. The Sentai put all of them onto one screen for their first transformation to make room for the fight scenes.
Episode 1 is maybe the episode with most Super Sentai battle footage in the season.

But its funny how if you look closely all the fighting scenes match perfectly with the Japanese version. I mean i know when the american version does the fight scene they just edit the moments of the head so it will sound like the american version people are actually fighting.

Something that I have to give ninja storm was that at least they didn’t introduce the thunder rangers in the first episode of the series, unlike hurricaneger.

in my own opinion , and my analytic comparison technique , i would say that the best footage is the original version (which is SUPER SENTAI) . hurricaneger uses more elements to make the series more convincing to watch , just like roll calls , ninja moves and uniqueness of it . take a look at the 8:17 part which is the best for me when shiina yousuke (Hurricane Red) says "Chou Ninpou ! Kage No Mai !"you will see walls made of wood and paper the ninjas slash their enemies , however the U.S. version made its terrible move to make it original and better than hurricaneger . you will decide if i am correct or not . it's your choice .
I think they possibly cut the ninja technique calling in Ninja Storm adaption cuz kids will think Power Rangers ripped off Naruto lol
I think the English show includes the move at 8:17, but somewhere else. The original has better screenplay, but the English version is just worth more to watch. It leaves the necessary stuff rather than adding too many effects that you don't know what's going on

In Hurricanger, they know the morphing sequence and do the roll call whereas Ninja Storm, only Dustin knows how to morph first as the two Rangers forget what they say
One thing I'm glad Ninja Storm did was make their morphing sequence and roll call much shorter than hurricanger’s.

Hurricanger is definitely the most entertaining in term of story telling aspect, but Hurricane Storm can visually excels what Hurricanger lacks, like the talking rat now become a cgi rat that is acrobatic, the basement is more fitting for a dojo like, etc
but still, I love both shows, I grew up with Hurricanger, but I can still enjoy Ninja Storm nonetheless, Disney era Power Ranger was great

Corey Levine Actually, what I meant was that if the team-up had actually happened back in 2003, *waaaaaaay* before Rick Medina's allegations and before he got arrested for "killing" his roommate, then perhaps, I would've thought differently about Ninja Storm. I know that the actual TV team-up between Ninja Storm and Wild Force may not happen nowadays because of Mendina's legal issue. But, that doesn't mean that the team-up wouldn't happen in other forms of media. Namely, in a comic book adaptation or in a possible movie reboot in the near-future.

A minor thing, but I liked the morpher case in Ninja Storm than in the sentai, though I do admit that the overall presentation was better done in the sentai.
Two things I have to say:
1. Looks like Ninja Storm and Jungle Fury (which I'm watching right now here, in Italy) are two of the series that copied the less possible from their Japanese counterparts
2. What the hell happened to Power Rangers, at least in the Super Sentai version??? Do they think this is ballet???

Used to be PR fan, now knowing that Sentai is the original, I have less interest in PR anymore
That's no sense. You can be a fan of both, because although PR isn't the original version could be great because in many seasons writers do an effort to create a new story based in elements that purpose the original Sentai or adapting the story to occidental world. Only the last seasons are really bad writing a adapted

You know, sometimes you don't want to look down on something, but happens even when you don't want to do that (Especially after seeing something like Super Mega Force, that is one of the worst (if not the worst) adaptation of Super Sentai to Power Rangers and from nothing put a plot that the nerd wants to learn how to use two swords just because the Blue of Gokaiger was training that in one episode like, f*ck character development).

I am a SUPER SENTAI FOREVER I watch both Hurricanger and Ninja Storm but Super Sentai is the original show and Power Ranger is the copy. So of course I choose Super Sentai

well they mostly copy and paste the fighting scene and some of the story, although PR do have original scene and story ,calling PR a copy isnt that far fetched
OGsinatra Gaming buying the copyright doesn't mean they have to take like 90% of the cuts from the SS version, sadly they always copy and paste then add in unnecessary cuts lmao.

fun fact. Ninja Storm Version as well as all Power Ranger versions were aired in Japan using the original Sentai's actors as voice actors for the American version.

I prefer Hurricaneger as I love thé cast for both the rangers and villains and love more focusing on the ninja elements of the show. Ninja Storm made the ninja aspect feel too white washed.

Hunter < Ikkou
Blake > Isshuu
Cam >>>>>>>>>>>> Asuka
You could say it's a tie unless you count the extra 11 for Cam. Cam also beats Tenkai or whatever his name was. It's just my opinion though.

Ninja storm did an AMAZING job with the original morphing scene.
Also it's very apparent that power rangers had such a shitty soundtrack that they had to make funny quips every few seconds while fighting to avoid having too much silence.
