it dupes the fish and gives tentacle surge which is 1.5x (applies to dupe as well)
both of you are wrong, it ONLY adds the tentacle surge mutation, which is 1.5x. the fish duping is a seperate passive and the fish bigger mutation isnt even on the kraken rod
@ yes thats what the wiki says however ive gotten the mutation multiple times and i notice that it also dupes my fish every time
