At what age you want to die? 2. How you want to die? (Accident, disease, suicide, .......) 3. Where you want to die? ( In the house, in a holy place, in solitude or with all wishers) 4. Are you ready to embrace death right in this moment? Answers for these questions are not expected. When one try to find the answers for these questions, mind gets awakened on many aspects of life and suddenly some clarity will come to the mind.

In meditation…I give less & less importance to experiences of mind, body and the world (thoughts,feelings and perceptions) and then I find myself as pure & peaceful awareness(Atma). This is proof that Atma is unaffected but it is my mistake in waking world that I give more importance to experiences and in this process I forget my Self and get affected. The key is to ignore the non-self.
