Bro don't let the grouper take your line knowing its gonna break off. No need to leave unnecessary tackle in the fish/water. Use a hand line rig if you wanna see them blow up on some bait.

But then you’re letting the Goliath Grouper take your catch, with the hook in its mouth....knowing that you weren’t going to haul the grouper in the boat. So they are letting them swallow the hooks....bad form boys...bad form.
I don't blame you josh, when you said that you didn't go for tarpon because of the storm, it reminded me of when the last storm came past Alabama and hit Luisiana. The waves at the GULF STATE PARK PIER were at least 10 feet high. we obviously didn't see nothing, but we did get some hits.......maybe I can catch a tarpon one day.

I don't understand catching fish, to let a goliath grouper eat them and break you off... You had me at drone fishing, but lost me with the rest...Fishing is cool...Killing animals just for amusement alone is lame...
Lol. There was literally nothing natural about any of this. The fish were caught and dragged at the surface until they were eaten, on purpose. Nature is when an animal catches something on its own to eat. That wasn’t nature. Come up with a better argument.

The hook usually comes out of the fish in a few days, or will rust off over time.
