Sir, if a lower court approves a false DVC case filed by wife n orders husband to pay irrational amount for maintenance. Husband starts paying but files Divorece on contest later. After filing the divorce case can he file counter against the maintenance order?? The DVC was filed in 2014 which finished in 2016.The Divorece was filed in 2017 which is still not resolved.

सर, क्षेत्राधिकार् क्या होता है,, सर जब किसी महिला के साथ कोई हिंसा होती हैं तो,, उस महिला को या उसके परिवार वालों को अपने अधिकार क्षेत्र के पुलिस थाने में एफआईआर दर्ज करानी चाहिए,, वो महिला अपनी ससुराल से या मायके से या जिधर भी वो अपने पति के साथ रही है तो शिकायत दे सकती हैं थाने में ,लेकिन समझ में ये नही आता कि महिला थाने में किस आधार पर एफआईआर दर्ज होती हैं,, किस अधिकार और कानून के तहत होती हैं,, मार्गदर्शन करें,,🙏

Sir you are really good and your suggestions are extremely useful- If wife file DV on false allegations and husband have documentary evidences to prove the allegations false may he use these false allegations to file Defamation case, does this make sense even though in the DV case judge did not consider these evidences and provide relief to wife based on DIR report.
