      Hahahaha it's the job we all hate but surprisingly enough this is quite an easy juicer to clean! Thanks for watching and happy juicing!

      Around the motor area is not easy to keep clean on the white machine.

      You do not own a green star juicer and have idea the crap that was flowing from the lips of that lier.

      We like using the pointed area on the cleaning brush for this. You can attach some paper towel to it too.

      Thank you, trying to decide on getting the green star pro vs omega NC900 and wasn’t sure about cleaning time. Looks a lot simpler. What about cleaning celery? I juice quite a bit.

    I made your v12 Juice in the greenstar elite and the fine mesh screen was really difficult to clean. Would a drink like your v12 work with the course screen?

    • @RawBlendAustralia
      @RawBlendAustralia  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It should work with the course screen. There might be some additional fibre but it should definitely work! Happy Juicing!

    Hi, I've had this juicer for 2 years now, I've never had much trouble cleaning it... everything changed when I started using tumeric in the ingredients... the brush turned orange and some parts including the filters, and even the two augers are difficult to clean and remove the orange color. Any tips on how to get these parts clean and white again? thanks

      Not really sorry, turmeric will stain. Bleach is really the only thing that will get the stains out. Thanks for watching :)

    Video shows all the straight forward stuff but neglects the base. Just wiping it with a paper towel is not a good cleaning method for the base.

    • @RawBlendAustralia
      @RawBlendAustralia  ปีที่แล้ว

      The base doesn't get dirty, you can just wipe the base when required. The chrome model includes a micro fibre cloth. Thanks for watching :)

    great video!
    have you ever removed the speed reducer cover (greenstar elite) to clean behind it?

    • @RawBlendAustralia
      @RawBlendAustralia  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No you would need to have the unit serviced and this part removed or replaced to achieve this. Thanks for watching :)

    How do you clean the gears, there are stain after using for a while?

    • @RawBlendAustralia
      @RawBlendAustralia  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Soaking them in BiCarb and Vinegar and hot water usually works really well. Otherwise, KOH cleaning products are fantastic too! Thanks for watching!

    Ok this doesn't look bad. Why are people always saying it's so hard to clean?!? 🤔

    • @RawBlendAustralia
      @RawBlendAustralia  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Cleaning all types of juicers requires a little more elbow grease. We didn't find this one that bad! It was surprising to us that's for sure. It still requires some work, however, a lot easier than some other models. Happy Juicing!

      i just got one and it takes time and many nooks, making fruit sorbet the fruit gets caught in a little hole--and it was a challenge..

      The hardest part for me is getting the screen out of the part that it goes into. It can be difficult to get apart. After that its not a big deal to clean.

      Yes it doesn't look bad because Tommy is a vet at this. I'm on day 2 and realistically it takes longer than 3 minutes to thoroughly clean the parts, and surfaces of the Green Star, more like 5-7 mins. A can of spray air comes in handy. Also there will be a factor of cleaning up the rest of the "mess"( spillage, counter tops, cutting board, tools) I get why the new horizontal are popular. But I am a full buy-in on the twin gear technology the Tribest employs. I want the best juice possible. I'm all in
