I am a Sikh and I have studied Shrimad Bhagavad Gita, Rigveda/Upanishads((through a Book titled "Upnishadas", authored by Dr. Radhakrishnan ji)) and Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji and Quran... Geeta commentry by Sawami Argranand ji Maharaj and Swamy Chimanyanand ji, and Ashtvakar Geeta.... Shri Guru Granth Sahib with translation and Quran with translation.... There is not even an iota of difference between Shrimad Bhagavad Gita and Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji....both are same in philosophy as they both reject materialism and materialistic world....they have nothing to do with worldly affairs and Swarag or Narak....they both concentrate on merger with Supreme reality that is called Braham in Sanatan and Akal-purkh (one who is beyond time and death, A+Kaal, Purakh means purush) or Waheguru in Sikhism and sometimes Braham in Sikhism also.... Theology of Quran and Bible or other books of Abrahmic religions are totally different from our Vedas/Upanishads, Shrimad Bhagavad Geeta and Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji..... No match between the Indian theology and western or Arabic theology.... We are very much happy to get birth in Sanatan family....for me Sikhs are also Sanaatani, other's opinion I don't know but for me Sikhs are part of Sanatan so we always thank God that we born here in this family and our Life's objective is to merge in supreme reality and get rid of cycle of rebirth... physical existence is denied here in our philosophy..... Thank God

I will just say this to my non muslim brothers and sister who are reading this that this isn't the accurate description of what Islam is, this is jahalat of these maulvis, there's a dangerous fabricated hadith culture prevalent in Muslim world even the hadith which they claim sahih are not free from fabricated hadiths, the tyrannical Islamic dynasties which came after Prophet saw had big role in fabrication of hadiths to suit their propagandas and agenda, if you want to know about actual Qur'anic Islam then please it's a humble request of mine to check out talks of Sheikh Hassan Farhan Al Maliki.
