Sooo stoked for my daughter. Her father got her one of the last two at target at my recommendation. She is the kid that goes without here and there. She is the kid that gets the off brand or not much at times. Not this year! The crystal ball has a cuter look then the cauldron too. She is going to go bananas. I can't wait to set up and watch her cutie appear with her ❤️. She is such a good girl. My babe deserves this!
Found this for $34 at TJMAXX today! Excited to see my niece play with it!
I can't tell you how much I appreciate that you do your openings and reviews with a full knowledge of how the toy works. I hate to be a Debbie Downer but there's nothing worse than watching a toy review and the TH-camr says oh I want it to be a surprise for all of us so I have no idea how it works we'll learn together. LOL at that point I usually click off. Thanks again great review.
BTW How adorable is Artimus. Game mode is a great feature.
OMG A nite lite mode as well. With two little Granddaughters this is a must have.

It’s a smoke machine a crystal ball and an alien toy that lights up and talks with the magic wand .. I’ve paid for worse trust me 😂
I just got my daughter one for Christmas. She already has the Magic Mixie Cauldron, and she absolutely loves it.. I can't wait until Christmas morning to see her face light up when she sees the Crystal Ball. 😍 She asks for it every time we go to Target, or Wal-Mart. 🥰
How old is your daughter? Wondering if my daughter would like this

i managed to snag one of these at a way lower price than the newer ones and i'm overjoyed tbh, i've wanted ANY of these since they came out 😂 the wand functions can be kinda funky to work with but overall i like the whole thing quite a bit! the lighting and mist effects are legitimately cool

Did these sell well ? Feel like missed an easy opportunity if they did. Tiny stuffed toy with responses, pops up from base that contains mini fog/vapor machine, into clear bulb with LED’s. So simple but I can see how kids would definitely like this. Just curious how many times it can be used. Cause at some point the juice will run out and same with the heating coil.

Holy confusion. We forgot to bring the instructions when we went camping. I did everything you said in this video and it still wouldn't pop out. After probably 25 minutes i repeated the steps and she came out. She's so cute

Earlier this year my girl saw this but at 80 dollars I had to say no. I found it this week at Burlington for 35 bucks. I hope it opens. Thanks for the tips. I have extra batteries on hand.

Do you know if you can refill the smoke liquid in it? I’ve seen you can on some of the cauldrons but can’t seem to find anything about the crystal ball ones.
Yes, they sell the refill kits for the crystal ball. I’ve seen them at Target and Walmart stores but they should be available wherever the crystal balls are sold.
How do u raise the platform when resetting?

Can anyone help me please with an issue. Ours just beeps straight out of the box when we turn it to create mode. My daughter (and her Dad..me) are gutted that it doesn't work as I knew she would love it. He face has dropped and I'm not having any luck. Moose Toys all have comments turned off on their TH-cam troubleshooting videos
Try replacing the batteries on the crystal ball and in the wand. Mine had done that when the batteries were low, but I couldn’t figure out which ones so I replaced all of them. Hope this helps.

How do you put the Mixie back into the crystall ball...and start over?
You put it back on the stand thingy on the base and press the gem button to lower it

Silly question. Did you have to cut the ears free? We just revealed my daughter's and the ears are attached to the back with strings.
Yes, you will need to cut those to fully release it.

Can you redo the crystal ball experience or is it that once it’s out, the ball is not used again?
Yes, You can redo the experience and reload the pet. They sell a mist refill kit for extra uses.
I bought my older daughter one she enjoyed it so my younger wanted on for her birthday I payed 55 for mine at wallmart but I font mind that price
Saw this in the toy shop today so was curious how it worked. Was so expensive though about £80. I'd have loved it as a kid though
I was going to get this but after watching the video I’ll pass. Got the cauldron for my daughter last year and that was worth it because it feels more interactive by adding water and mixing. This one feels more gimmicky
I'm gonna get this one for my younger girl and the cauldron for my older daughter! I think it's good for that, the cauldron would be a little too much patience for my younger kid. This one is great cuz they just shake the wand which she'll love doing when she's all excited to get her magic mixie!
Once you take it out, only the doll is usable. right? the whole crystal ball is not usable anymore or is it?
You can use the crystal ball as a color changing light/night light. They also sell refillable mist packets for the crystal ball too.
where does the mist come from?
are you putting anything in it like a powder?
The mist is a liquid that comes pre-loaded in the Magic ball. They sell the refill kits to make more mist once you run out.
The mist comes from the cauldron, it comes pre-loaded and in the refill packs. I'm pretty sure the liquid was glycerin and water.

When you waved the wand for it to say yes, no and maybe it never said yes. It didnt for mine either which is why im watching this vjdeo
Mine came out speaking Spanish... is there a way to switch it to English ?
I didn't even know there was different language versions!
But I'm pretty sure it's one of those toys that can't be switched to another language and are made and sold exclusively for countries speaking that language.

We got the plushy open but I will I pressed on his tummy and it doesn't do anything I didn't let him in because then he will smell like smoke
