So we won't be confused, you will connect the 1.5 butt allocation to the waist and knee lines first, before you mark 1 inch zipper allowance following the new center back.

Yes. It's a skirt part of a gown. And that's the way I cut every skirt

Thanks on the knee line was there any measurement you measured before connecting the hip?
On the knee line for the front bodice, you'll subtract 1inch from the measurements on the hip line. Hope that answers your question.
