One thing i cant stand... like when standing chatting with someone in a pub, is someone resting their hand on your shoulder constantly while talking lol
I was just about to comment on that same thing! And the later in the evening and more alcohol equals more passive/aggressive, leaning in and trying to find any reason to kick off. Hate those types.

I don't like that either especially other men I'll tolerate women depending on the context of it but otherwise even people I'm familiar with I feel it's offensive and patronising .
Crazy to think Naz was back in the era where boxers fought 4/5 times a year…nowadays you will be lucky to see a boxer at any weight fight more than once a year!
It's still standard to have 3 fights a a year, but fighters definitely don't fight as much as they use to; personally, I think this is better for the fighter's health and career. The fighting and sparring takes it's toll eventually.
I remember listening to his fights live on the radio when I couldn’t see him on TV. Great memories

prince only fought 2 a year.
top fighters in the 80's- 90's only fought 2-3 times a year. with the exception of Mexican fighters, like berrera, duran etc.

Good thing about him is that he took his time to learn the craft. His dad gave him enough time to work out if he really wanted it.
he hasnt learnt his craft. both brothers are shocking. theres clips of one of them stepping out the ring during sparring. so not natural fighters whatsoever.

This is why we love boxing, especially from the greats like Naz who stopped traffic when fighting. The son is here now doing his thing because of the power of inspiration. None of that MMA / Tyson nonsense please!!! Its a shame.

Francis deserves his payday
He certainly stopped traffic when he left a very severely injured man in the car he smashed into and then ran away. All his good boxing may well be admirable but his humanitarian qualities were lacking.
If he is half as good as Naz, he will go far. I hope we have another Legend in the making. For me Naz was one of the most exciting boxers of his time.

It’s obvious they will do that! His son is a novice in the sport and his father has a wealth of experience. His son will have his opportunity if he makes a gargantuan statement in the sport.
U obviously dont realise how big naz was in the uk n that interviews with him dont happen often, as a lifetime fan of british boxing im interested in his son but far more interested to hear from naz who was 1 of the best most exciting fighters ive seen or will ever see imo.

Focus on him and the question around his debut. You can interview Nassem Hamad later and ask about boxing wishlist

It really nice to see an interview with legendary Prince Hamed, and his son , too! I, like many people, was a huge fan of Naseem back in the day, and boy did he know how to entertain the crowd! Also, nice to hear him speak highly of both USYK and DDD as well!

He fell out with Ingle because of percentage issues. Ingle was so upset about this, that he never spoke to Naz ever again. Naz tried to make up with Ingle before his death. Ingle still refused to talk to him.
Ingle took this sadness to his grave with him , leaving Naz to feel sorrowful about this all his life.
Problem with ingle style...keeping chin in the air going backwards. Kid galahad suffered badly with it by getting kod by kiko. Anyway, luckily for naseem he had a fantastic chin. Just got dropped many times. His real problem was his lack of training. He looked so out shape in the barrera fight and steward was not happy with him!

Youve got to hand it to Dubois he dosent take easy fights but in his fight against Joe Joyce he got seriously injured and i worry for him. I think he will have early success against Usyk but then get stopped around the fifth or sixth rounds.
