wow so many memories of these places, great video, dekevas is one of my fav, food is very tasty over there, i will also recommend kunga which is next to dekevas
Ya we had planned kunga too but it was closed by the time we reached
Gr8 video. The thick skinned momos are yeast laden and are of a Tibetan kind as compared to the thin skinned 'Nepali version' we are used to all over India. Just my two bits. Keep the videos coming.

Sea sickness in the hills? Glenarys serves alcohol on the first floor and has an open area.

I request to this blogger, not to misguide the general people because the food quality of glenary is very very bad and as well as very high. I humble requst to the general do not belive this blogger. I recently visited this shop, almost one week before and I just share my review.
Thanks for sharing your review. However, I shared my personal review in which i specified that i loved the bakery section but the main course is not good. I’m not sure what you had but it’s unfortunate that you had an unpleasant experience.
All heritage in West Bengal serves below average food whether it’s Peter cat mocambo or bar b q.people visit such places just to feel the ambience and nostalgia.Glenarys is landmark eatery of Darjeeling.When people go on vacation they don’t mind spending unlike you.The bakery is still good than the restaurant.This blogger isn’t spreading any wrong information.Tourist places are expensive unlike u who look for thali in unhygienic places.Bengali people need premium quality in less price.Are u living in 1980’s or wat ?
