It depends..I had my gallbladder removed in 2010. I went keto January of 2019 and I have lost 70 pounds. I know everybody is different it worked for me and I have kept it off for 3 years! I also intermittent fast everyday.

I made the Peanut Butter Protein Cup Chia Pudding today. It's very good. I notice that the protein is at least double from the information per serving on the Low Carb Love website. My protein powder is 18 grams per scoop. Maybe this is why. I like that it's higher in protein though. I look forward to making the other Chia pudding recipes. 🍓🫐🥜

No! Not creme do coconut, has like 18g sugar! It’s coconut cream(1carb) a totally different thing. I found it in the Thai section.

I found it in the Thai food section. Be careful not to grab creme de cocoa, a mistake I once made with a lot of sugar. Lol.
