  • Hey everyone! Welcome back to the channel. Today marks my 19th day at the gym, and I’m excited to share the progress and experiences from today's session. If you’re new here, don’t forget to hit that subscribe button and join me on this fitness journey!
    Today’s workout was all about a full-body routine to keep things balanced and effective. I started off with a solid warm-up, hitting the treadmill for a 10-minute jog to get my blood flowing and muscles prepped for the session ahead.
    Strength Training: We kicked things off with a focus on compound movements. First up was the bench press - I’m gradually increasing the weights and really feeling the gains in my chest and triceps. After that, I moved on to squats. I’ve been working hard on my form, and it’s paying off with increased stability and strength in my legs.
    For my back and shoulders, I tackled pull-ups and shoulder presses. These exercises are fantastic for overall upper body development, and I’m noticing improved definition and endurance. I also incorporated some deadlifts, which are great for building strength in the posterior chain.
    Core Work: I wrapped up with some core exercises - planks, Russian twists, and leg raises. Core strength is crucial for overall fitness and performance, so I make sure to give it a solid effort every workout.

    Cool Down: Finished the session with a cool-down and stretch to aid recovery and flexibility. I’m definitely feeling the positive effects of sticking with this routine.
