You fools, she’s obviously a master at persuasion and bakery, I’m sure she’s reaching god status at this point. There is no need for dice, she has +20 in all skills.
The friendship clan? Cookies? Chilling with mummies? Man, my party is psychotic in comparison. We just murdered a snake-lady by trapping her and burning her alive...
Love it! Reminds me of my daughter’s first spell verbal as her Halfling bard tried to creep into the mages tower past a pair of enormous, snarling hounds. She leapt to her feet in excitement, made an imperious gesture and yelled “Sleepy sleepy, go to sleep, and NEVER WAKE UP!” She must have been about six or seven.
That girl is so smart. Ive seen older kids with less critical thinking and imagination than her. You sir are a good parent. At least my nephews are entertain by ipads. probably thats why they cant imagine or even have the patience for a board game. but its all about parenting tbh. you sir are my parenting rolemodel for the gaming side.
Thanks for this. I Have never played D&D, but I just ordered the 5e starter set. I plan to play with my 5 yeard old since he absolutely loves stories with monsters and heroes.
Interactive story telling and family play XD Always good for parents to Interact with their children and imagination. Cute Teaches good values, problem solving skills and simple math.
I've played DnD with young kids before (not as young as this, but pretty young) and they are awesome to play with! They get so excited of the world and adventure you made for them and when they figure out puzzles or finish off enemies, they cheer with victory.
My daughter absolutely loves storytelling and i think once she hits 5 i am going to run a fun Homebrew for her. It is so awesome and inspiring to see another Dad do this; well done!
Wow! That was so inspiring! I don't have kids (it's in the process!) but this made me smile so much! Kids are awesome and I'm already very eager to start doing RPG with my kids. They are the best players you can ever had! :)
This is a super idea honestly. I think most kids may need a few more years under them to get the most out of it, but the REALLY fundamental thing about D&D is just telling a story, and that's what kids live and breathe at that age :) Great stimulation and creative outlet. Also a very good channel for practicing reading and writing if your kid is in that age. I'm definitely going to give this a shot when the opportunity presents itself.
This video is too cute! I am currently teaching my six year old son how to play D&D 5E. He likes it so far, and actually asks me to play. My "Mummy" would approve!
That was awesome. My daughter is almost 4 and she loves to play with my dice and miniatures. I'm planning on running something for her int he near future.
FANTASTIC! These are the video's that restore my faith in the world. These are the parents that produce the "good people" we so need in the world. Thank you for being awesome parents, for one dad to another, (totally stealing this move)!
This is adorable and hilarious and amazing! I love how Dad thinks that kids still watch Scooby-Doo and the kid's just like "nah i watch other shows with mummies"
His Mummy. I'm dead. As funny as this was, why can't there be some form of combat, even just rolling a d6 and higher number wins the fight? Thats simple enough and doesn't need to be overly graphic but it would represent conflict. I mean surely you know cartoons are more violent than that as it is. Create a brain eating cookie monster that shoots rainbows. Have her get kidnapped and forced into a pillow fight to save her life! Orrrr a race? Or hide n seek? some obstacle or challenge. Would be fun to see how she engages in that.
Pfft that DM didn't even make the kid do a Persuasion Roll with the mummy.
FOOL!! the cookies allow her to have total advantage on persuasion, allowing for no use of the rolls
Bah! What's the DC required to not burn the cookies? Does someone have a baker background? Is there a feat for that?!?
V. A. She must be a god-tier character that doesn't need to roll for baking related rolls. Her profiency must be enormous.
The fairy is a baking god as well as a persuasive master your rules are useless here.
You fools, she’s obviously a master at persuasion and bakery, I’m sure she’s reaching god status at this point. There is no need for dice, she has +20 in all skills.
I'm just imagining this adorable little girl see a terrifying mummy and the first thing she does is bake him cookies. SO CUTE!
Hopefully that mummy isn’t allergic to peanuts
The friendship clan? Cookies? Chilling with mummies?
Man, my party is psychotic in comparison. We just murdered a snake-lady by trapping her and burning her alive...
Jack O'Rielly that sounds like it was really funny, too bad my party has to constantly deal with multiple pugwampi.

This is the best thing ever. "He said mommy actually said mummy lol"
She's quite articulate for a five year old.
Because she was raised by parents rather than an iphone.
Look at the focus on that girl, she's so into it, it's great! Such a smart girl
"If it's okay, Mr. Mummy ...." so polite. I love this. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks for this. I Have never played D&D, but I just ordered the 5e starter set. I plan to play with my 5 yeard old since he absolutely loves stories with monsters and heroes.
Dad of the year for this guy. Really cool that he took a game of d and d and adapted it for his young daughter.

Side note... freaking adorable, the snacks at the table and everything mimicking normal role-play group XD

We are expecting our first child in May. Seeing videos like this makes me so excited for what the future holds for our family.

Wow! That was so inspiring! I don't have kids (it's in the process!) but this made me smile so much! Kids are awesome and I'm already very eager to start doing RPG with my kids. They are the best players you can ever had! :)
Addramyr Palinor Well, hope you're close to being able to do these kinds of things.

FANTASTIC video ! So inspiring and cute, love from France.
wow this is PG. The kids in one of our groups always just wanna kill everything they come into contact with
That also depends on the age, she's just five, I'm sure in a few years she, too, will strike down dragons and challenge liches.
Wheter being super friendly or slaying dragons, it still seems super adorable!
This adventure is so incredibly kid apropriate Im speechless. Of course the mummy would want peanut butter cookies. Fantastic DMing, and parenting.

I rolled to see how cute this was and I rolled a Nat 21 on a d20.
