when caelus is on the trip with welt at penacony he gets attacked by the enemies and welt use his herrscher power but since he is so old his body can't handle the power of herrscher anymore which ultimately killed him and before he died he gives his herrscher core to caelus and the herrscher core transform into a glove when welt give it to caelus since he already has a Stellaron inside his body. herta and other geniuses tell that welt's death is because of his age and keep the truth a secret which makes caelus become angry and left the astral express and he stay at penacony
