Well some of them have homes as they’re owned by island residents. These cats are not all strays. You can always donate to a legit local organization that takes care of these cats through their program. These cats on the island too have donations from people in Japan and taken care by vets when they need medical attentions and on a fix and neuter program.
I just love hearing all those beautiful cat voices !!!! I have found cats really respond to conversation. They really like to hear our voice, ...singing to them is so beautiful to see the attention they pay to you !

These cats are trained by the dumb tourists to rely on tourist food and cant sustain themselves. thats why they beg like crazy at every tourist as half of them is thin and hungry. Thats why they fight each other a lot for every bit of food. 90% of these cats need to be killed and most of the remaining ones sterilized. Its horrible for the cats stuck on that small island

They might have their moments, but rarely once in a day. Usually food or catnip is involved. And certainly not every day.

おばちゃんの方言から推測して愛媛県青島だと思います。この島の猫さん達はボランティアの人々が面倒を見て下さってると聞きました。不妊手術も全猫に施行して下さってるみたいです。ボランティアの方々には頭が下がります。本当にありがとうございます。😺

現状を報告します。
猫たちはやせ細っており、喧嘩のせいで怪我をしている子なんていっぱいいました。近寄るとすぐに逃げる子が大半でした。
船の便は朝と夕方の２回しかなく、定員を満たすと乗れません。自販機もコンビニも宿も何も無い島なので朝の便で行くと夏は地獄でした。(日陰もない...😅)
しかし、島民の方はいい人たちばかりでした。彼らの迷惑にならないように気をつけてください😉
猫ちゃんをモフりたいだけなら断然猫カフェをお勧めします😉

そうですよね。
これほどまでに多すぎる猫さんの数に、フードを与えている人も対応しきれなくて、世話している人がたいへんな様子がうかがえますし、人も猫もたいへんですよね。
私はずっと食べられてなかった白キジの猫さんがフードを食べられたのかがどうしても気になりました。

Really? You're doing something wrong. Starving them? Favoring one or two, and ignoring the rest? Blasting Heavy Metal? Somebody sick and pretending to be tough (this is an instinctive thing)? Something. One of my new wild adoptees is still paranoid, but she is learning. One of my long time residents wants to play with her, and the newbie gets scared. Tries to act tough. I brought mom and kitten off the street on New Year's Eve. It's May and kitten is delighted with her new friends; has been for months. I've owned almost 30 over my lifetime, usually 5 or 6 at a time. They might have their moments, but rarely once in a day. Usually food or catnip is involved. And certainly not every day.
@@MartyDTVP Nah it's just because my first cats think that they were at home first so the other ones have to be discriminated cause they are young. Moreover, one of them love playing with other cats, but he always tries to play with the cats that don't like to play

@@TheUtuber999 For cats, it's a hard-core sonic attack. I'm more of a progressive metal guy, and I am very careful to keep the volume down. Drums tend to shake a cat's reality.
