Ignorant comment. It's not a street fight. Sport fights are sanctioned, regulated, and rules are established to protect fighters from permanent damage, such as blindness from eye gouging and blown out joints from kicks directly to the knee cap. Fighters agree to them when they fight for the promotion. It's difficult for refs to say the eye pokes weren't accidental. Jones was warned repeatedly in his fights, and would only poke enough not to get DQd.
This is a dirty sport man, it's meant for mean people watch cricket if you don't like it. And I'm saying this to the fans commenting here, I love and respect rampage
People just need to watch Jon Jones first fight and it explains his whole career, he won the fight but took a lot damage and shots to the face, once i saw that fight, the eye pokes, the oblique kicks, and dirty tactics are simple means of survival for him, he doesnt care to do it because at the end of the day the quickest way to end a fight is to hinder their movements or Ko, i would do the same in a fight whatever i can do to create an advantage for myself i will, its simple it called survival 😉
Except he’s not fighting to survive, he’s fighting to win. The fights have rules and outside those rules it has the unspoken ones part of sportsmanship. Imagine everyone in the UFC fighting like jon jones, they be blind in one eye and limping around, bit like captain hook!
there should be a detailed evaluation of techniques by athletic commisions every couple of years. Instead they still keep petty stuff like 12-6 elbows. MMA is still in middle ages.
Never knew you were supposed to fight clean when trying to defeat someone in a fight. Refs are there for a reason. So they should be held accountable as well
You western mindsets are all like this, huh?
Cheating in a match is ok as long as you don't get caught. And you call yourself "Greatest of all time"?? Pity...
That is why Rampage even admits that not everyone is going to fight the same way he does.
Refs can't stop permanent damage after it is done you fuckin idiot
Ignorant comment. It's not a street fight. Sport fights are sanctioned, regulated, and rules are established to protect fighters from permanent damage, such as blindness from eye gouging and blown out joints from kicks directly to the knee cap. Fighters agree to them when they fight for the promotion.
It's difficult for refs to say the eye pokes weren't accidental. Jones was warned repeatedly in his fights, and would only poke enough not to get DQd.
the audio is so quiet.
I don't know if Jon is the dirtiest ever, since Gilbert Yvel, Rousimar Palhares and Gerard Gourdeau also exist, but he's up there.
i realy love Jone Jones but rampage is right those knee kicks must be baned.
Cry about.. rampage power slammed someone on the back of their head..
If rampage didn’t lose he wouldn’t be saying this dumb shit
Rampage is relatable I understand what he thinks about Jon. If I was a fighter I probably wouldn’t fight him.
He’s not wrong.
Jones imo looks at fighting from an athletes perspective than from a fighters
"i dont love myself , as much as i love my son ... so i dont know "
i love Rampage.
This is a dirty sport man, it's meant for mean people watch cricket if you don't like it.
And I'm saying this to the fans commenting here, I love and respect rampage
Eye pokes and knee attacks. The ric flair of mma
Knee/oblique kicks are just as dangerous as a submission on the limb or knockout. So I disagree there. Eye pokes? Another story.
I'll have to look up his son's fights. What's his name? Rampage Jacksonson?
Jon does whatever he thinks he can get away with, and that doesn’t make him cool or the bad boy of MMA. It makes him an asshole who is purposely putting his opponents at risk bc he can’t hang as well if he’s trying to fight clean.
its a professional sport not a street fight moron
When you add all the failed drug tests to that, pretty dirty indeed.
Keep crying
@@eddievargas704 laughing actually 😂
@@eddievargas704 If someone would cause lifetime damage to your knee like that off a dirty tactic you would be crying to but since you not in his place you could give two fucks, Jon did what he had to do to win, props to him but you can’t hide the fact that the dude is a dirty fighter
@@1eto551 no one’s fault but rampage
his slow ass couldn’t check those
Jon Jones never looks ppl in the eyes
What about rousamar palares?
Jon Jones landed a spinning elbow right on top of Rampages forehead and he’s talking about they land on the back of the head😂
in any sport permanent injury
is a possibility, at least 3x the
probability for contact sports
People who say Jones is the goat because he's undefeated are casuals, and need to familiarize themselves with the history of the sport. And how many times has he defended the titles he's won?
Alot. He's defended alot also he has more title fight wins in a row than anderson silva.
Glad to be a casual then
A good question for Rampage would have been how much success he thinks Jon Jones would have had if he didn’t do the dirty stuff. I mean, what Rampage describes is what Jon does in every fight. Maybe rampage doesn’t think that Jon needs to do that to win a fight but evidently Jon disagrees 🤷♂️
“I don’t love myself as I love my son.”
I dont really get the knee cap thing. If it is so good why does nobody else do it? They should all permanently use it right?
rampage would be a superstar if he was in the sport young toady his charisma. and raw crazy power. was fun to watch in and out of the ring .
Almost half the fights I see someone gets poked in the eye. That's not up to the fighter. I don't see it happening intentionally. Its up to the ref to regulate or penalize that.
Watch a compilation video of Jones eye pokes. It's pretty ridiculous.
@@teacherdoug4438 Comes with the territory. If UFC started using curved gloves like bellator it would happen less. I have not seen a full fight card yet that didn't have at least one eye poke.
Jones even laughed talking about DC. He said he claims I’m gonna try to eye poke him because I do eye poke people
No need for a rematch and if you did something to Jon Jones on the street there wouldn't be anyone to stop him from ending your life not career.💯💯💯
You know people have weapons on the street, right?
“ but me, I don’t love myself as much as I love my son” DAMN!
Fighters know that that shit happens in fights and they can do the same shit back to Jon themselves 💯💯💯
Jon doesn't stare at many fighters in the eye
Facts
Rampage Jackson seem cool as hell
100% and not a single official called it
They should put the eye poke in UFC For John Jones
Rampage will always be one of my favorite fighters of all time. In his prime he was a monster. That's why I think Jon is the goat, I didn't dominated the most stacked division probably ever. He beat so many former champions. I think if Jon wins the belt and beats stipe for a successful title defense there isn't a argument anymore. I love gsp but jones will definitely be the goat.
He got three gifted decisions and eye poked in every single fight. Without all that he wouldn't be anywhere near the goat conversation.
Jones isn't a dirty fighter... He's dirty because he roided his way to the top... 💥
Chael sonnen
Next: They need to protect fighters by providing protective body armor, pads & helmets w/eye shields.
Then there’s: “I’m prepared to die, kill, win or lose.”
Jon is a bad, flawed & gifted “beast” man, trying to be good…outside of the cage.
You lock any man or anything into a cage, then complain about combat “within combat rules”, should be banned/outlawed; I can see your hindsight logic.
If you see Rampage now you can tell he been taking care of himself
Ive been saying this and I totally agree! N when he takes you down he doesnt elbow you in the jaw he elbows you in the head by the eye which could kill somebody. Hes a really dirty fighter and for some reason the ufc allows this stuff
I'm thinking Jones is actually related to somebody important. Like he's secretly royalty or something. I don't really believe the life stories they tell us about a lot of athletes.
@@teacherdoug4438 yeah thats funny cause when i was writing this in my head i was saying they probably only allow him doing that because he was the big thing at the time and his fights where bringing in the big bucks. But it would be crazy if something your saying was to come true lol… but im from the bay area and i actually know some fighters in the ufc. I was friends with andre ward in high school together. So i do actually know alot of popular fighters and they are just normal people that actually either grew up with me or work some regular bs job with me when i was younger.
He just said I know he was scared because he was looking down lol he did that in like all his fights and whooped on boys ???? And bones said he had nightmares about losing basically not like he was scared of rampage so quit it ?? These dudes here smh
Jones admitted this was the only fight he was scared.. Google it
He’s not the dirtiest. He’s the most technical
he told the true
This man got beat period bones is the goat say what you want !
I always thought those toe stomps by Chris Leban was dirty and they are legal too
This is the same guy who stomped on a guy's head in Pride
🤔Now it makes sense that Dana says Jones is the baddest man on the planet! Will do what ever it takes to be victorious.
Rampage thinks leg kicks are dirty period
An elbow to head is allowed but a knee kick shouldn't? That's some sage stuff
Lol entire comment section saying Jon is a trash fighter and Rampage was great when Rampage literally says in the video that his fight against Jones was the fight where he was closest to being 100% ready and fit and yet he still lost. It’s crazy how people who watch these videos seem to ignore the fact that the people who are criticising Jon are also lauding him as the greatest ever but people are only interested in hearing that someone great is actually trash lol.
😂😂 you’re so delusional, yeah we hate him because he’s so successful 😂😂 dude is a scum bag, hit and run a pregnant woman, does coke, popped for PEDS and does illegal tactics constantly yeah bro 😂 he’s really the greatest 😂😂😂 he’s a scared fighter who always feels like he needs an edge I guarantee any clean fight he gets slept shit Dominick beat him but you Jon meat glazers will stuff your mouth before admitting 😂
They keep saying Jon Jones is one of the best fighters he's not one of the best he is the best mixed martial artist in recorded history
I feel bad for rampage cause John is a dirty fighter an those types of kicks should be banned if you watch the fight between then Quintons knee was bent the wrong way like completely opposite the direction it’s supposed to bend
Are we talking dirty draws or doping!?
Jon Jones does nasty things in the octagon that makes the fight dirty.
It’s all fair in Love & War.
If Jones Jones is your MMA GOAT, you have no morals, no respect for the sport or honour.
He admitted he liked to eye poke other fighters. Not to mention things he has done outside the octagon. One of the worst examples of athletes ever. An embarrasement to my eyes.
Jon is just a different animal 😂😂😂😂
Lol Rampage my dude but he's salty. Legal moves are allowed. He never poke your eyes. I watched that fight and that spinning elbow hit you on your forehead not behind your back. Cool out rampage
If he was dirty he would not be a status we’re he at he is da greatest to do it people will say dis and dat lol a lot of people poke folks in da eye when fighting things happen but you Kant deny he is da goat 🐐 he ain’t da dirtiest fighter
Rampage is a bully and he got beat fair and square. Yoel was mad the same way when he lost to Izzy. You also have to use your brain when you fight, and I can tell you both of those instances, they were not using their brains.
A rematch for what lol dude was never the same after that fight maybe 🤔 even before
Rampage is the best man!!
Love Rampage. Always have.
He’s right tho. Muhammad Ali fought dirty against Forman too.
Jones in ufc, Hatton in boxing 🤗
No rematch lol
Why do they call it an oblique kick? I work out my abs and my obliques. This is an ACL kick
