It’s just not about open interest. option buying is not so easy as it looks. Most traders are aware of that fact. Buying is like fighting with a tiger. You should know different technique’s and strategies to beat the tiger. some strategies may work and some may fail. Similarly, selling on other hand is like, holding a expensive gun with you to shoot a tiger. If you miss the shot then that would really become more expensive than option buying.
Most of the time, trading is more like walking on thorns covered with flowers.

Ideally this is only good for option sellers. Oi change will give possible direction. It may go with that direction but not immediately. If it stays there in that range options will melt.
