I feel sorry for Djed Spence, he was used a pawn between Conte and Levy for the real reason why he has not been playing but as usual fans put two and two together and come out with six and stereotype a young black football as bad attitude. I would love to see Djed Spence use this as fuel to show the world how great he is.
Its unfair to label the people in charge with that term and accusing of stereotypng when we dont know the full story bts as theres plenty of players of the same race given the same opportunities who succeed in taking it. It was the same issues with Neil Warnock. The things every single coach wants from professionals is discipline, punctuality and effort and it's been multiple reports from different coaches about his lack of punctuality combined with other issues not published. Dont let a couple friendlies and the term "redemption arc" fool you.

These "redemption arc" players have a common underlying issue ie they are moody and give their best only when things are up and going well. Things are positive at TOT, this guy will down tools once things turn sour or whenever he doesnt feel like it. Character issues. I still hope for the best
