I watched this a few times. When you looked at the elevation view, one end of the roof was lower than the other side. What settings did you use to create that? I ask that since I didn't see you offset the line in the Roof Boundary Footprint.
Hey, when you select 912 are you changing the gradient of the slope? If so, what measurement is that in? As my revit is set to mm. I also need to create this using just 3 walls instead of 4 as my building is an outhouse/ garage. Thank you.

I just used the same distance for the overhang. Since one side has a steeper pitch than the other side, it causes them to be different heights.
