- Date Rush is Ghana's number one trending dating show and I think it's dead. The show is sponsored by Rush energy drink and it's supposed to help young Ghanaians find dates on TV but it has collapsed.
The show is hosted by Giovanni Caleb. it was previously hosted by Nii Kpakpo Thompson.
The show has made many people popular like Ali Date Rush and Fatima Date Rush and Grandpa Date Rush.
It looks like Camidoh appeared in the last episode. Abena Korkor has also appeared on the show before.
Headless TH-camr and Dark Man Kpakpo have been doing reaction on Date Rush weekly. You can check them out. Kwadwo Sheldon or Magraheb have never really spoken about it.

They’ve ruined the show. It really upsets me. After all this, they will have reunion and just come and create scenes. The whole thing looks like a joke and a popularity stunt. It’s clearly not a reality love show. It’s a clout chasing show that just seeks to make participants popular and put them out there to gather fans or followers for whatever they do in real life.

@@_Lesplay that’s the annoying part. Because if you want to make it serious, it’s not even that hard. Set a minimum and maximum age cap, verify whatever information they provide about themselves, and make the pairing sensible. How do you put 23 year old guys on stage and bring on a woman who is 50 plus? How does filling a whole season with women who already have children sound serious and not just some script?

I'm sure Abena heard what Alejandro said about spending a lot of time with his clients and that's why she turned it off.
