What's up Dude, nice to see another video 🫡 I'm kinda stuck with my Boss RC-3 Loop Station. But that distortion sound was nice, was ist the amp or a pedal?
Yeah I had the BOSS RC-3 before. It wasn’t able to take the distortion sounds very well. I’m really impressed with this really old pedal. That you could get for next to nothing. That’s my whole purpose right now is helping people get more for there dollar. About the amp or the guitar pedal. The fender deluxe reverb are excellent amps They sound really good clean. That’s usually what I want to start with. Then I start coloring it with different kind of petals. So I pretty much just used a TS9 and metal zone. For the distortion sounds. Thanks so much, buddy. @Fattypatty2x4 thanks for the reply. Ah the good old metal zone ! Great pedal! I also have a question, since I don't know your signal path. Did you run the RC-3 in front of the amp or in the fx loop? Because I never had any issues with distortion, the "trick" is to treat it like a delay or reverb pedal. Always after a distortion pedal or when amp distortion is used, put it in the fx loop.
@@PedalJunkie well, I’ve always had this amp. And this doesn’t come with a effect loop. So it has to go in front of amp. I was always told to put the a looper at the end of my chain. In this video, I just put it in the front of the chain. That is how I ran this in this video. I’m gonna get one of these boss Rc-3. I found a few of them on eBay, some of them for decent prices in the nice box. 🟥⬜️ I’m not sure if that makes any sense The looper is the first pedal the guitar touches. And then the rest of the pedals are ran through before it gets to the amp. In that case, it sounded better to me.
Don't do another video. You don't need to play loud. Adjust the loudness before using the pedal and the you can play to what ever you were trying to play to. Learn how to play chords clean and be able to change from one to the other on 1 counting 1 , 2, 3, 4 play on the 1 hold on 2, 3 , 4 then play chord only on 1 hold 2 , 3 ,4. Get the basics of counting Tap your foot , everytime your foot goes down it's is on the 1, 2, 3 ,4, when your foot is in the up position say and. Down 1 up is and. That would be playing 8th notes. 1&2&3&4&, 1&, 2&, 3&, 4&. Switch a chord or slide to a chord. Play G5 on 1 slide to A5 on and and let it sustain on 3& 4& then play G5. On 1 play A5 on & G5 & A5 hold 3& ,4& Get Troy Stetina book 1 on Heavy Metal rhythm he has 2 book out that will help you also one on effects.
This is definitely good information. Now if you’re new to my channel, people know that I’m not that good. The whole point is just to check something out together. But I do realize you probably can do it better. So I’m gonna ask you this question. Are you going to make your own TH-cam channel? I would love to see it. The second thing is this is TH-cam It is a platform for you to put your yourself on. And I have done that. I have enough Guitar books for about two years so I don’t need any more Guitar books right now? I’ll get better overtime.

What boss pedal are you talking about? What is the model number? That would be helpful for the community. Thank you in advance if you ever get back to me. Because Boss makes a lot of petals. But the whole point is this is only $100. Because the Boss pedals are usually about $200 for the loopers.
Adjust your distortion down and that's not a drum track it's a metronome. DO DEMO ANYTHING UNTIL YOU KNOW HOW TO REALLY USE IT. USE THE METRONOME WHEN PUTTING DOWN YOUR RHYTHM. That isn't reverb your using that's tremola. Your not supposed to play loud when looping esp when you start trying to play with it. LEARN TO USE YOUR TOOLS 1ST.
The fun part is just learning together. I have to say if you can do it better. Then start your TH-cam channel. You’re missing the point. Kids, Men, Women, everybody wants to play loud. And if you don’t like it, it’s OK for you not to watch it. 65% of people do not watch my channel and I’m OK with that.
