But art, 35 A but this article did not add with part Iii of COI. Sir what's the matter about article 35A . After oct 2019 article 370 in debates that repealed art. 370 but l am. in confussion that is this article not basic structure of Constitution of India? Sir my questions are was article 13A added with COI and article 370 shall be repealed after Keshvanand Bharti case judgement.
Sir !!There should be some loop hole , by which this article can be argued and be repealed, this article is the main cause that fans speratism in the valley.
