EasyJet Airbus A319-111 - London Luton to Amsterdam

Onboard an early morning EasyJet flight from London Luton for a short hop across to Amsterdam. Now the conditions were certainly not ideal for flying; a rather wet and gusty morning in London and across the North Sea in Amsterdam an even wetter, windier morning. Originally we were given an hour long slot delay, which did quickly change and we left just 25 mins behind schedule. Very strong gusts in Amsterdam actually causing quite a bit of travel disruption throughout the day across the Netherlands. A lot of go arounds and even cancellations during the day at AMS due to gusts exceeding the limits of most aircraft. Wind gusting over 60mph.
A very short flight over to AMS with a strong tailwind. Briefly levelled off at 23,000ft after the sunrise, before starting our descent again. Very wobbly approach over the city into AMS. Through some dense rainclouds as well during the final approach.
