Yes same problem 😞 But am searching and soo far I learned that ladies doing AFNS either civilian or from army background do wear khaki saree plus uniform are given the lieutenant rank while they are doing their nursing degree given the stipend of 50,000 will not leave the army as army is spending money on them so they will do an agreement of serving army for 10 years minimum but this thing have a plus point of giving uniform to civilian also
