Thanks so much! Essentially I got a table that was about 2.4m long to allow me to host several people. The only thing is when I want to host 10-12 people I use slimmer chivari chairs instead

Yes, when I’m prepping food in my home I use my clean and washed hands as most people do. Then to serve table side, when guests are around for an elevated experience, you serve like it’s silver service. Hope that helps you understand ☺️
