@mwcloud I'm working my way through your tutorial, but I'm stuck at 4:42, Azure PowerShell isn't recognizing the "blanktemplate". It keeps returning the error that a templateLink or Template property set is needed. Except I looked in the example GitHub demo link you provided and I don't see anything about the "blanktemplate" in there. I also looked at the Microsoft website link the error provided. Yet I don't see where it explains about setting the template property for this. Could you possibly provide insight, on how to solve this error? I'd very much appreciate that!

I've actually tried replying with that three times now and each time TH-cam deletes the message I post here. I think there system is deleting it because of the PowerShell command code. Is there another way that I can provide you with the information?
storage account name has to be unique across all of Azure or just your subscripton/tenanet? for your last deployment, you did not give it a name. how does it appear in the deployment blade?
Look closer at the template. Random name generated. Name needs to be unique across all azure. Check out the video on storage accounts, explained it in there ☺️
@@M_Y_Wolde it looks like a deployment, I can’t send you a screenshot, but if you have a look at the GitHub repo for this demo here github.com/kramit/ARMtemplatesdemo I have put the json file up there for everyone to use, try deploying it to your test environment and then click the deployments blade. It’s all good practice !

can you post the full command you are using and the full error output, that might provide me with more clues to assist
