Tiger 100 did not have the starter crank adapter plate mounted to the rear of the hull. It also did not have fittings for mounting a tow cable, nor did it have the crowbar, sledgehammer, or wire cutters mounted - it was built before the tool layout was standardized. As a Tiger built before Feb 1943, it only had 5 barrel cleaning rod tubes instead of 6 (the five each being slightly longer to make up the length). The little flappers on the exhausts should not be facing directly forwards but should be at about the "10-o'clock" and "2-o'clock" positions on the left and right exhausts, respectively.

Nice tank I have had one just built for myself but having trouble getting the gun to fire from the switch like yours does do you know what the mod is for doing this

I didn't do the radio conversion and was supplied to me in the format you see pre configured in the video by the vendor who supplied the radio. Which as a side note did an awesome job and I would recommend his site.
