I’m now three years into high school and doing much better, but I all ways remember coming home and watching your videos to calm down and avoid overthinking stupid stuff. WE ARE SO HAPPY FOR YOU!!!! Also I just wanted to add, I never had nightmares until I became happy in life and then all of a sudden nightmares.... My therapist said it's because with my anxiety I can't imagine my dreams coming true so my brain started having nightmares because it's so used to bad things happening. 😅tough to explain in message but I wanted to share my experience to try and help ❤ you are amazing and help my anxiety so much ❤

It really helped me understand and after a while not going to lie but eventually helped me accept happiness and eventually the nightmare/ night terrors eventually went away! I adore you and I have chronic pain with my disability and you help me get through my pain and sleep every night. So if I could do anything to help you. I'm literally crying. I'm typing and talking because I can't believe you commented back and I just adore you and I wish you all the best because you deserve all the happiness in the world!!!
