How did you flip the wheels over to make it wider ? looking to do the same. What is your basket cultivator ?

Assuming you're speaking of the Planet Jr two wheel tractor: Simply remove the 4 bolts holding the wheel to the axle. Flip the left wheel with the right wheel and screw those bolts back on.
I don't think the process is much different on the Cub tractor
