for this set up in a 2550 sq ft space, how much would you charge for rent? in the heart of downtown so shops, food and a big mall with its parking garage and easy street navigation with parking lots everywhere

I got a lot of push back about the color when I first started asking people's opinion in order for me to choose a color for painting but I stuck with the vision. Glad I did. I'm happy with the outcome.
