Hey Lucas, you were too young to have a driver’s licence when you photographed my first exotic, back in 2004. I’ve followed your career since then. This film captures the essence of you. You’ve worked hard, but you have also been lucky, as you acknowledged in the film. You turned a hobby into a passion and a profession, and most importantly you are giving back. Good on you.
I don't know you..and I don't know Lucas😅... but to read your comment, it just hit my feeling..just a glimpse of history.... Hop Lucas would see this comment.... You added a Special memory to this Episode 👌🏻🧭 Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful words with us👍🏻💯 Greetings from Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦🌴💐
As porsche owner. Glad we have guys like you showcasing the real side of reliability and enjoying the cars. I daily drive mine too and people still go huh
More car stories like this! So sick of seeing people trade in and out of supercars by the season. We love the cars, but we love the story and meaning behind them even more. Bravo, Lucas!
Such a beautiful and inspiring story. We are blessed to have the chance to get in to the intimacy of car lovers with these high quality videos. Congrats for the channel!
It's not very often you see a video on TH-cam that grips you and inspires you, but this one is amazing. Hopefully you will have many more years of enjoyment with your GT3 collecting memories.
I gasped and laughed out loud hearing him mention taking his son on the track for the first time, then my heart sunk when I saw how wholesome the experience actually was through his photos, clips and story behind the experience. My initial thought was him ripping through the gears, creating a lot of g-force on turns and tearing up the track with his baby in a carseat. I really love vehicles and the experience of connecting with them but this video, your perspective and your experience has deepened my own appreciation for cars and driving. Thank you for sharing your personal life and your experience with your 911. It encourages me and deepens my patience and gratefulness towards attaining an experience like this for my own some day.
Usually I'm not one to comment on TH-cam videos, but after watching this I've become inspired by the beautiful cinematography, the story, and the car. The 992 GT3 Touring is -- and has been my dream car for a while now, the simplistic design and the beautiful curves.. It's damn unforgettable. I'm only 18, and I fear I may never be able to get my hands on my own dream GT3 Touring, but I'm happy to see people driving theirs. I've always wanted a GT3 Touring in white with Satin Neodyme rims, black brake calipers, a beige/tan colored interior, and the chrome trim. If I ever had one myself, I'd definitely follow in your footsteps. Making friends along a one million mile journey, even during hardships it will be there. A car isn't meant to just sit and collect dust, it has a heart. And as you said, "a happy car means a happy owner". It goes to show that yes, money can buy happiness but it isn't just the money when it comes to cars like these, it's the memories made along the way. It isn't just any "big boy's toy", it's happiness in the form of a beautiful machine. Porsche may not sell the 992 forever, but I will get one.. Someday. It's the saying; "Time flies, and it doesn't stop or go back. It's like an ever-soaring eagle, and once it's gone.. It's gone forever." I always tell myself that I'll make it someday, I'll find what it means to truly make someone happy. It's that feeling where a car like this will never get boring or old, it's basically timeless. The car doesn't age, it's you who ages. Someday in the far future, someone will find an abandoned GT3 Touring hidden in an old house, and they'll bring it back to life after its long rest. We move closer to an unfortunate era of the automotive world, but we can't let that stop us. A legacy is a legacy, and it remains unchanged. This is why I've always loved Porsche, they know their roots, and they certainly know how to build machines that can last. I absolutely love this video and the story, but I also love the car, you chose a lot of great options for it such as the stunning PTS (Paint to Sample) Forest Green Metallic which fits very well with the beige/tan interior and the chrome trim. This is why I love being a young car enthusiast because I get to be around people that have my interests, people that care about these machines. Ever since I was little, I just loved cars and how they work. If you've read this far, I appreciate it. This is probably my first comment in a really long time.. lol
I am waiting on my first Porsche to be delivered and couldn't agree with you more.. This IS an accumulation of alot of hard work and things that have transpired through out my life that have gotten me to this point . Without the support and sacrifice of my family this experience would not be possible. This car is for me but it's for them also. Incredible video and perspective on your part. THANK YOU
Great story and hope this inspires more car lovers to do the same and drive their vehicles. Giving back to charities is fantastic. I hope one day to own my own sports car and share it with everyone like Luca has. 🙏🏻❤️
WHAT AN ABSOLUTE BEAUTIFUL VIDEO ON WHY WE BUY THESE CARS AND WHY IT'S SO IMPORTANT TO BE HUMBLE AND GRATEFUL FOR WHAT LIFE BRINGS UPON US, AND WHAT WE CAN BRING FOR OTHERS. BRAVO!!!!
As an Audi and Porsche guy, I have to give massive respect to you! Not only you owning my dream car but the messages that you delivered is just clear and give hope and passion for petrolhead like us! I hope one day it will be in my garage bro
Awesome story, can relate to a lot of things in this video! Bought my dream car, 992 gt silver Turbo after falling in love in the 996 gt silver turbo when being a kid. Love every kilometer in it. Good luck!
How does this video not have well over 1 million views 8 months later? Brilliant story on what, for me, a perfect car means to you. God bless you for sharing your story with us. THANK YOU 🙏🏽❤
Your passion, humility and kindness shine through- that means more than any of the particular specs on that particular car. (Although the car is gorgeous!) All the very best you and your journey.
Spoken like a true enthusiast. Every word, Congratulations to this gentleman & his GT3 Journey. Also WONDERFUL cinematography, slowly becoming one of my favorite channels on all of YT. I have my saab signed by myself, my girlfriend & some of my closest friends. Despite only buying the car a year ago I've accumulated 21,000 KM on its 340K total. I also nerd out with service records, car has been documented since '96 & I've kept that trend going. Receipts for every single thing, written down oil change KM/Date whenever I do it, everything is documented.
Passion is always difficult to explain! We do things other people won’t understand, but it feeds our souls like no other! Glad you enjoyed the video. 👊🏽
Tearing up right at point where you talk about your sons first time with you in the car !! A dream of mine with my boy too !!!! ❤ encouraging to reach that goal myself ……..you seem like a very soulfood dude 🙏🏼keep going bro
I had driven several 992 GT3s previously but I ultimately landed on buying a 991.2 GT3, it just felt “right”. I bought it as the second owner about a month ago with 3.5k miles- I just passed 6k yesterday. I’ve taken every possible opportunity to just drive and take the long route. I’m planning to redo the interior to truly make it “mine” because I don’t think it gets much better than this - for me at least.
A lot of what you described in owning a special car is more about the special experiences with people you love more than the car itself. My 992 Touring is something I would love to hand down to my 3 year old someday. Hopefully when he is 40 though because this is A LOT of car! lol Congrats to you & your car! Enjoy the memories you make in it.
Truly one of the most inspiring, authentic, and initimate video diaries I have ever seen. A great piece of film, with an even greater story behind it. Nothing is better than an enthusiast who drives his car like it was meant to be, and for that I congratulate you on being able to call this beautiful spec of a car, your own.
Great story. So inspiring and wonderful to hear your journey. I am a cancer survivor and bought my first Porsche after remission. The car transcends (as you say). Can’t agree more. All the best mate
Hey Lucas, This was fantastic. Your kind, unassuming nature always comes through in everything you do. The car is beautiful and only surpassed by the memories that it inspires. Congrats on this movie! Enjoy! 👍🏼
Hi, The 911 GT3 touring is my favorite car, among every cars available on eath, every porsche, every 911.. this one is my dream car. Not my dream car.. it will not be possible for know, but i hope i would have the pleasure to ride with my grand father inside a machine like this. The last part of the video actually make me cryed... it's beautiful and means a lot for me, thank you for the video, you are increadible, your car is also incredible, thank you. Tom.
Dream car in a dream spec. I'd swap the green for midnight blue and keep else the same. I love to see these cars get driven and shared to spread the passion. Gorgeous film!

Never thought I’ll get teary watching a car documentary.
Incredible. Incredible story, he deserves every bit of it!
Very meaningful for us to create this too. Glad you enjoyed it!
I feel bad now keeping my new Porsche as a garage queen. You just inspired me to put more miles on it and let more people see it.
As porsche owner. Glad we have guys like you showcasing the real side of reliability and enjoying the cars. I daily drive mine too and people still go huh
Fellow 992 GT3T owner here. Loving this.

The best Porsche commercial ever. Hardly any other car brand can evoke such a feeling.
This is quickly becoming my favorite TH-cam Channel. The authenticity of presenting the ownership experience is unmatched.
Trying our best!!
Your grand parent signatures and the track day with your son, what a great way to share your passion
Its not about the mileage, Its about the experiences. Love that!
An absolutely fantastic feature video! Lucas is an OG in the Automotive Photography world and a huge inspiration for many of us, including myself 🙌🏻
People often don’t realize what these machines mean to us, you described it well, thank you
Those who love cars like me get excited about this story. And Porsche is my favorite!

Beautiful shots, beautiful car, and a great story. Very cool to see him go from the original Pesto golf R to a GT3 Touring. Well deserved.
Hands down on Green and Tan. It's my favorite combination.

What a vibe. What a video. This is what we want to see. Congrats to everyone involved.
Not a "green" car guy, but have to admit this green pops! Perfect interior with it. Great perspective on the ownership and usage. Thanks!
An absolutely stunning movie!! A very cool story of Lucas and his very nice classy specced 992 GT3 Touring. Inspiriring Thanks
Dream car in a dream spec. I'd swap the green for midnight blue and keep else the same. I love to see these cars get driven and shared to spread the passion. Gorgeous film!
I like the green myself as it's a bit more unique. Looks more of a GT car that way, especially the light interior.
thank you for sharing that slice of your life with us 😏🎁💝
Wow, very inspirational film!
Wonderful project here. Thank you for this!
Great video and great to see someone who uses the car for what it was made for - bringing joy and happiness and creating memories.
Awesome…awesome story…I really appreciate it.
