Therr are 5 types of compressor Centrifugal, Scroll, Screw, Receprocating and Rotary compressor what you said hermetic it comes in centrifual , receprocatig and rotory the meaning of Hermetic is it consits electric motor and compressor located inside a sealed and welded casing it is called hermetic.

What you are explaining as diffuser,If I am not wrong it should be IGV (Inlet Guide Van) . Diffuser or volute is used in discharge of centrifugal compressor to convert velocity to pressure.

What is 432, as it is showing rated power input as 492KW and what is 0.6 from where it came?. If it takes 0.6 unit per ton every one uses chiller instead of split acs. Kindly explain with clarity.🙏
