Hi Friends
My name is Chef Ashutosh Singh & WELCOME TO OUR TH-cam CHANNEL.
IN THIS VIDEO WE WILL EXPLAIN YOU AND GIVE IMPORTANT TIPS TO MAKE DRY FRUIT CAKE FROM SCRATCH RECIPE .
RECIPE
maida- 50gm
Butter- 40gm
Caster sugar- 40gm
egg - 1no.
baking powder - 1gm
vanilla essence- 2gm
tuttifruity - 25 gm
raisin 15gm
cashewnut - 15gm
method
1-cream butter ,and sugar till light and fluppy.
2. add egg and cream again.
3 -sieve dry ingredients ie flour , baking powder ,
4- add to the above mix.
5- add half cashewnt , raisin , and tuttyfruty,
6- pour this mix in the mould
7- bake at 170 degree celcius for 15 to 20 min.
8- let it cool down and enjoy.
