here is some advice, eat the biggest leg 1st. when is still hot. then you left with claws and bottom leg. if you still hungry, finish them with a hammer for the claw. but i rather cook the leftover with curry and tons of chop yellow onion. mix with white rice. you welcome.
How do you know how long to steam the crab for? Every time I’m at Costco i want to buy some but don’t know how to pick the best one or how long to steam them for.
They are cooked and frozen again... the length of time to steam them is when it is heated all the way thru, id say until the outer shell is hot to the touch and you should be fine (it usually takes avout 8-10 mins for me]
Where do you buy that from??? God I wish Costco existed in singapore too😢😢😢 why dont we have this crab in my country at all!! I'm so envious! The ones we have here are $200 to $500 and they aren't even as big as those legs he has!! Its so much more smaller!! And SGD is on the higher tier of exchange rate in the economy too!! Ugh >

10 to 12 minutes for king crab 6 to 8 or 9 for snow crab just make sure you have enough water for steaming

I prefer them steamed or boiled. They are naturally sweet so you really don't need to fuss over the prep.
