There is a bit of room for improvement but not the whole 20 seconds. The mission end could be triggered approx. 2 seconds sooner but not more because the helicopter would not be ready.
+Aye Aye Head in the ceiling does the trick. This one is one of the hardest in the whole game. As an element of luck is involved, Kwoky had to play this level many times in order to get the desired result (which is still not perfect, though).
+Václav Vacek nice speed run. I tried all your glitches this one is really hard . I found a new glitch that if you go straight without jumping you can enter the Dom also

By accident. In mission 8, there is the same radar dome at the end. Rushing to the end, we suddenly found ourselves inside the radar dome! Then we tried the same trick in mission 5 and even found out we can jump right to the first floor.

It took you 20 seconds to get out from Dome so that means 20 seconds can be improved

Getting out is really difficult, as you can probably tell from run. Just align yourself properly and try your luck...

Just jump repeatedly against the roof and hope for the best - this is the most random trick in the whole speedrun.
