Thanks sm for the tutorial it helped alot !! Also how do you know how many rounds or how often you have to do a move, is there any rule?? For example three rounds of just clap then three rounds of the spin and so on?

3 rounds pf clap, 3 spin and 1 confuse spin and then again. Be aware sometimes its 4 spins (not often)

If you don't want to honour the Pashtuns by speaking their language while teaching their traditional to the world you have no righ to teach it at all! This is culture appropriation. You are intentionally speaking a language that not only has nothing to with the ethnic Afghan (i-e Pashtuns) but the ones that speak and value the Persian language have always abused and degraded Pashtuns throught the history. Yes, you are definitely attempting to appropriate the Pashtun culture.
To anyone who doesn't know what attanr (yes these are the appropriate Latin spellings of the Pashto اتڼ), it is traditional Pashtun dance, different ethnic Afghan tribes have different varieties of it. It is considered the national dance of Afghanistan because it belongs to the original nomadic tribes of the region and is performed on Pashto traditional poetry, like tappay, landei, badale etc sang with attanr beats of Dols (dohols) and surna and rabab.
P.S English is okay to use because it is a glabal language.
