This is what it would feel like to be the lone spark of light amidst an endless structure of dark, ceaselessly churning machines, looming amidst the void of space, unbeknownst to anyone. At least that's the sense I got from the first listen without knowing Spanish, which funnily enough got reinforced when I tried to google translate the starting dialogue and ommitting Dicen and Decimos because I thought those were character names. So I just got "It's even difficult to see in this place." "You are right. It's because this place doesn't want you here." with zero context other than general Lancer themes. It's interesting how much of a different concept comes out when you don't realize the topic here is Blinkspace in the form of Sunzi flavor.

So, in case you don't know, there is a faction in Lancer known as "Voladores". They are a cryptic nomadic spacefaring group with some very advanced esoteric knowledge which allows them to manipulate and access the Blinkspace, an extradimensional plane used to make faster-than-light travel possible. Some people in the community joke that the Voladores are "cybermexican space nomads", and honestly that isn't far from the truth as they seem to be inspired by mexican culture and/or people from central america (which is a pretty cool homage and inspiration imho as one of Lancer's creators, Miguel Lopez, is from Guatemala). Anyway, that quote at the beginning (and those at 5:38 too) are compendium entries (i.e. lore text) from a frame found in one of Lancer's books - The Long Rim. That said frame from where those quotes come from was made by reverse engineered Volador tech.
