I have used the non-adjustable version for years, in harsh environments, and it seems absolutely indestructible, the carabiner, the bungee, and the leash itself, no signs of wear and tear at all. The one only flaw is that the edges of the leash are sharp, and can cause hand injuries when the dog pulls. I taped some parts of it to mitigate that. Apart from it, perfect leash.
Thank you for this review!!! I am going to have to get this for my dogs and for the rescue. Such an awesome find!!! I can attach the main handle to my carabiner on my Neewa belt and then use the handle close to the harness when I need more control for safety. I really appreciate Pawsitive Futures!!!

Excellent question! 7 feet at rest, 8 feet 7 inches at full stretch.

hey! does this fit my little maltipoo hes 8 kilo? :)
Length wise this leash would be suitable but at only 8 kilos you may find the clips bulky or heavy on the dog. I certainly would recommend it on a harness over a collar if you do choose this piece for an adventure.
