  • I found a recipe for a unique Italian bread with zucchini, which is very easy to prepare, and its taste is amazing! Suitable for eating at any time. This recipe is becoming one of my favorites for bread!

    Ingredients:
    3 zucchini
    1 onion
    125 g AP flour
    40 g corn flour
    250 ml water
    2 tbsp olive oil for the mixture
    1/2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
    1/2 tsp pepper
    Salt
    Оlive oil
    Instructions:
    Cut the zucchini into slices, the onion into strips. Fry them in a pan greased with olive oil at a medium-high temperature. Sprinkle ½ tsp. salt to release their juices and caramelize well until golden. Once they are ready, set them aside. In a bowl, mix the two types of flour, chopped fresh rosemary, black pepper, water, ½ tsp salt and 2 tbsp olive oil. Mix well and add the caramelized vegetables. Stir again. Grease a tray with olive oil and pour the mixture. Spread the mixture evenly in the tray to get a thickness of 1-2 centimeters. Sprinkle on top with a pinch of chopped fresh rosemary, 1 tbsp olive oil and a pinch of corn flour. Bake at 200C/400F for 40 minutes.
