You are using a frame timer not a milisecond timer so it just counts 0-29 then resets. So a 7.27 is really 7 seconds and 27/30 frames or 7.9 seconds. On top of that you did each lap individually so it threw the total time off by a decent amount. So you have 7+7+8 seconds = 22 seconds and 27+27+11 frames = 65/30 frames for another 2.17 seconds.
