    the heat is good for the body.In your country you get the heat naturally.But in our countries with such long cold winters sauna is a blessing,and honestly I cant imagine winters without it 😎

      That's definitely true! Heat is nothing special for Jamaicans...in fact it can sometimes be annoying but here in Germany it's the other way around. Even in summer I go to the Sauna but of course that's when it's not so full haha.

      @@OshandoJohnson yes.Ive been to the tropics and I know.There you rather look to cool down,not to heat up,even in the night.Sauna would be the last thing on my mind there 😎 Im from Bulgaria originally (but the last 25 years living in Czech Republic and Germany mostly) and even there the sauna is not such a thing,cause the climate is different,even there is a snow winter too(but the hot season is longer,with very hot summers)... So in the European summer I simply must go somewhere more south and have at least a month of intense heat and lots of sunning.Otherwise during the winter I am not so strong and healthy,I just feel I havent "accumulated" enough Sun in the summer 😀Im a solar junkie and even here in Germany I do lots of FKK sunbathing in summer (and sauna too)!😎

    I also love going to the sauna. I can't be in there for long but it's such a good feeling. Especially once you jump in the cool water afterwards or take a cold shower 😊

      That cold water is definitely the reward! Just feeling your body coming back to its normal state is so mesmerizing!

    I relate with you. I'm brown from Bangladesh and I'm also always the only brown person at the Sauna. Here in Berlin, I almost always see one or two black person there, but somehow brown people is very very rare.

      @OshandoJohnson  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Here it is the opposite. I see other ethnicities but not black people. 😅 Still a bit weird we are from hot countries but we like the sauna. 😅

      Yes! There are many health benefits. For example, stress relief, pain relief, cardio health, improved circulation, clears congestions and so much more. It has both physical and mental benefits.

      @@rayoneltigrearcher4799 the hot and cold actually is really good. That really helps with circulation. Plus the body is able to manage the changes much better than we think.

      @@OshandoJohnson They are clubs or resorts where you can be naked 24/7 - swim, walk, cycle, sunbathe and even shop in the on-site supermarkets completely naked. It's wonderfully liberating.

  • @gerdweist5961

    The nakedness feels weird for you because you are not accustomed to it. I grew up in Eastern Germany where it was totally normal to go swimming naked. During my students time we even showered together (boys and girls) in the students hostel. It was totally normal for me because all people around me did it in this way. Nowadays it‘s not so normal anymore even in Germany. Yes there are a lot of saunas and they are crowded with people even in the wintertime. But in summer there are not many nude beaches anymore.

    • @OshandoJohnson
      @OshandoJohnson  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      You're completely right. It wasn't something I was accustomed to so it was definitely weird at first. I still find it so interesting how our socialization impact what we perceive to be normal. The coolest part is opening up to new things and just experiencing how your brain goes crazy at first until it eventually adjusts!

    • @gdok6088

      There are plenty of nude beaches, nudist camping centres and naturist / nudist resorts all over Europe, especially in France.
