I never peel potatoes 🥔, just scrub them all, then cut them into strips and fry them. Use for stuffed potato skins, with cheese, sour cream, green onions... potato skins are the best! My only critique... she douses everything, All that fried crispness, in tons of water
We all love this beautiful family simply live it. But they lack two things: cleanliness and faith. Faith dictates cleanliness, but they do not believe in God who created this universe, because they do not perform any religious rituals.
Her food always look sooo watery and tasteless.She does not put a lot of effort in her cooking like some of the other people.They will add garlic and tumaric etc.Her husband usually eats it like its the best thing.I guess thats important.
Do NOT expect too much from poor people. Perhaps that's all the ingredients that they can afford. But at least they cook grown vegetables and they don't go around picking up thrown away food in the trash cans. They live in a decent home and not in the slums or the cemetery. They live modestly unlike those in the 3rd world country. If you think your life is better off than them, think again.
Some people prefer their food bland, just like my parents, we don't add too much salt in our cooking. At least they eat healthy and unprocessed food. Also, it's always a great thing that the mom is responsible and always cooks because not all mothers can cook.
