What does the warning of muskingum routing is unstable with given parameters for reach R90 mean? I could not find anything in google.
If you know the method, the values of K, X and time step (delta T) should meet certain criterion. If that is not met, the routine becomes unstable You can try using a shorter time step.
can I use this method for daily rainfall data? somehow my graphic is below the observed data
How long is your event? The CN method in HEC-HMS is not recommended for daily data.

Not sure why. Make sure you have observed data and create a calibration run before you try to run a trial.
