James Kamo lol. It all depends on who mentors you. I started with a maul stick , then I met Chuck Jeskie , an amazing tavern window painter. He said " I'm an old guy , and I don't use that damn stick, don't you be saddled with it ". 😂 it's got it place. I use it for tight artwork that I don't want to drag my finger in. ( I worked with him ,and painted tavern Windows for Old Style beer in the 80's. In Chicago. ) thanks for watching😎
@@rickbendi8709 Yeah eah that makes a lot of sense. I guess if you can do something (up to your standards) with less, then usually it's better to do so. I'm currently learning to paint letters and haven't gotten a maul stick yet but can see how it can be very useful for those tighter jobs. Thanks for sharing!
Aaron Tyrrell thank you , I've been lettering and striping since the mid 80's , I'm working on another video but I have to finish it. . You inspired me to make it happen. Thanks again for your interest. 😎
it's amazing you do all this without a mahl stick. you got one strong pinky!

I would like to see this one slowed down to watch you do it. Looked good!
Love it, only one problem, too fast. LOL. I could watch lettering art all the way through at normal speed and not get bored. Beautiful work.
